This tea is bitter ( to cut the bitterness add a keylime or lemon) 

Steps for brewing

• Bring water to a boil
• Add 1 tbsp per 16 oz of water 
• Simmer 10-15 mins on medium heat ( on about 4-5)
• Steep/let it sit to the side for 5-10 more mins 
• Strain 
• Add honey or agave syrup to taste 
• Drink 2-3x per day and enjoy
