take 2-3 capsules 2-3x per day ( drink water for better digestion) 

 Be sure to strain tea in a fine strainer, a “nut milk bag” , or through an electric kettle.

Steps for brewing

• Bring water to a boil
• Add 1 tbsp per 12 oz of water 
• Simmer 7-12 mins on medium heat ( on about 4-5)
• Steep/let it sit to the side for 5-10 more mins 
• Strain 
• Add honey or agave syrup to taste 
• Drink 2-3x per day and enjoy
