Steps for brewing/Directions

• Bring 12oz water to a boil
• Add 1 tbsp of herbs per 8 oz of water 
• Simmer 7-10 mins on medium heat
• Steep/let it sit for 5-10 more mins 
• Strain 
• Add honey or agave syrup to taste 
• Drink 2-3x per day and enjoy

these exact same tips can be followed to use tea as a pre-rinse however, ( don’t use any honey or sweetener)  

just store the cooled tea in a bottle or spray bottle, and spray on your scalp, and skin, and lock in moisture with some oils like Castor oil ( preferred), extra virgin olive oil, hemp seed oil, sesame oil, batana oil, and etc

and make sure all contents are massaged into the scalp for better absorption
