Steps for brewing

• Bring water to a boil
• Add 1 tbsp per 16 oz of water ( water will reduce) 
• Simmer 5-10 mins on medium heat
• Steep for 5-10 more mins 
• Strain 
• Add honey or agave syrup to taste 
• Drink 2-3x per day and enjoy

Directions: Take 2-3 capsules ( 2-3x per day ) best when taken on empty, in between meals, or 2hrs before bed.
