Steps for brewing

• Bring water to a boil
• Add 1 tbsp per 12 oz of water ( water will reduce) 
• Simmer 5-10 mins on medium heat
• Steep for 5-10 more mins 
• Strain 
• Add honey or agave syrup to taste 
• Drink 2-3x per day and enjoy
