Steps for brewing

• Bring water to a boil
• Add 1 tbsp per 12 oz of water 
• Simmer 7-12 mins on medium heat ( on about 4-5)
• Steep/let it sit to the side for 5-10 more mins 
• Strain 
• Add honey or agave syrup to taste 
• Drink 2-3x per day and enjoy

       How to take Capsules

• Take 1-2 capsules at a time ( kids will likely need 1 every other day ) 
• 2-3 times per day 
• Best taken on an empty stomach with water
