Female Support Tea

Includes herbs like Red Raspberry leaf, Damiana, Slippery Elm, Chaney root, Stinging Nettle, and Red Clover

Directions:( must brew on the stove or in electric kettle ) 

1. 1 tbsp per 12 oz of water 
2. Bring water to a simmer on ( low-medium heat ), like (3-5 heat ).
3. Simmer 5-7 mins (with a lid on )
4. Remove from off the heat and let it steep for 10 minutes
5. Strain 
6. Add honey or agave ( no white sugar )
