Instructions for tea

Boil 10 oz of water

Take 1 tbsp of The Dried Herbal blend

Simmer on the stove for 5-10 mins 

Turn off the Heat

Let The tea Steep/Sit for 10-12 mins (stir occasionally) 

Strain
